THE CONTROL OF ASBESTOS REGULATIONS 2006.
Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006, regulation 10, information, instruction and training, mandatory asbestos awareness training is required to be given to any employee who may be liable to disturb asbestos while carrying out their normal everyday work, or who may influence how work is carried out.
